The past five years around December, myself, friends and family head to Branson, MO., for retail therapy. This last trip was like no other. We had it designed from start to finish. To say the least we had a plan.
First stop on holiday adventure 2010 was the Tanger Outlet Mall with coupon book in hand. Nothing was stopping us and we were whittling our Christmas lists down to zilch.
After shopping until we dropped, we preceded to our condo. Westgate Branson Woods was a very nice place that is conveniently located near all the shopping Centers.
That next day, part of the group headed back to Tanger and the other half headed to the Branson Landing located on Lake Taneycomo. The Branson Landing is an open air mall that has all of the popular shops you would find at home but it’s surrounded by beautiful scenery.
That night after another long day of shopping we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Texas Land and Cattle. The company of good friends and family was making this holiday weekend one to remember. Branson not only has some great malls but the entertainment is outstanding. Before the night was over we progressed over to Ernie Biggs Piano Bar.
If you are ever looking for a nice getaway, I suggest you give Branson a try for a holiday adventure with retail therapy.
