A New Venture
Empty spaces and seller’s furnishings are no longer enough to close a deal on a high-end property. There are just too many options available on the market for the luxury buyer.
With this knowledge in mind, I am launching a new venture.
While we will still devote the same attention and passion to our interior design clients, Ellen Kurtz Interiors will also “Design to Sell.” We will transform poor-performing luxury real estate listings into the “must-have” homes that ignite bidding wars.
My design expertise and access to high-end furnishings and artwork translate to faster sales for brokers and sellers. I also understand what motivates people to fall in love with a space.
