Communication is key in hiring a contractor. Asking the right questions and specifying all materials of the project scope will help ensure the project will stay in budget.
Contract Negations
Be sure that a contract spells out all work that will be performed. Also be sure to ask for insurance and license. A contractor will handle all of the building permits.
